Design Your Own Certified Organic Sausages Details
Our traditional, handmade sausages are gluten and preservative free and contain only certified organic ingredients. As our sausages contain no preservatives they have a shelf life of 5 days from the day they are made.
You will receive 5kgs of sausages in approximately 10 trays. As they are made to order we require a minimum order of 5kgs.
Our certified organic beef is:

Adding Organ Meat
If you have requested organs to be added to your sausages we will include a total of 10% or 500gm organ meat in your sausages - we suggest you start with this percentage if you haven't eaten organ meat before progress to 20% organ meat. If you would like 20% organ meat please let us know this is your preference.
Sausages can be barbecued, char-grilled, grilled, pan-fried or oven roasted. When cooking our sausages, the slower they are cooked the better they taste.
We recommend oven roasting at 160C for 20 minutes. If you cook them at too high a temperature their skins will burst.
It is true sausages contain fat – this gives them some of their flavour and keeps them moist. If you want to remove some of the fat we suggest you simmer or poach sausages for about 20 minutes prior to cooking.
Price per portion is based on a per kg price of $37.70
When flour is requested, we use rice flour as a preference however at times certified organic rice flour may not be available, when it's not we will use certified organic buckwheat flour instead.
