You will receive one vacuum sealed pack of certified organic beef mince with organ meat weighing approximately 500gm.

Certified organic, 100% grass fed & finished beef with 10% fresh organ meat (heart & liver)
Price per portion is based on a per kg price of $36.11
Shelf Life
As this mince contains organ meat & no preservatives we recommend you consume or freeze within 3 days of the day it was packaged.
Cooking Instructions
Exactly as you would cook beef mince. You can use in cottage pie, chilli con carne, Bolognese, burgers, meatballs, meatloaf, lasagne, sausages rolls, stir fry, etc

Organ meats are nutritional powerhouses, rich in:

Delivery Information
Cherry Tree Organics offers a home delivery service throughout Melbourne (Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays & Saturdays) and country Victoria (generally on Wednesdays and Saturdays).
Place your order online by 9pm at least two days before you would like your delivery. (For example, if you require a Wednesday delivery, please place your order before 9pm on Monday).
Our butcher will prepare your order for you fresh the day before it’s delivered. If any products are unavailable, we’ll contact you the afternoon before delivery via email (you won't be charged for any products which aren't available).
Your meat will then be delivered to your chosen address in our Primesafe accredited refrigerated vehicle.
Delivery is free for orders over $250.
Delivery costs $25 for orders less than $250.
Orders less than $50 can be picked up from our butcher shop in Beaconsfield.
