It might sound like a big call - 'the best' - but not all pork, ham and bacon  is created equal.

What makes ours the best?
It starts with slowly grown, heritage breed certified organic pigs that are well looked after. We source our pork from White Clover Farm. 

White Clover Park is a family-run certified organic pig farm located near Bendigo, it's the only certified organic pig farm in Victoria.

After 17 years as pig farmers, White Clover's owners
Robert and Aristi Furmanczyk still love pigs and are clearer than ever that,

Cherry Tree Organics is proud to support like-minded family farmers and bring you bacon and pork from ethically raised, 100% certified organic pigs.
Our bacon and ham is nitrate free, cured naturally using celery extract by
husband and wife team Valentina and Stefano who grew up in Italian families
and learnt from a young age traditional ways to cure meat.

They've been preparing bacon and ham for us since 2017.
It's gluten free, and from the farming to the butchering and curing we know everyone involved.
By buying from us you can be confident of truly knowing your food source.
