Naturall Cured Bacon & Ham
You will receive approximately 500 gm of bacon & ham off-cuts which have been diced. They are vacuum sealed to ensure a shelf life of 21 days from the day it's been is packaged.
Ingredients
Pork from certified organic pigs, sea salt, pepper, parsley, rosemary, honey, tapiaco, carrot, celery, and Australian hardwood smoke.
Our certified organic pigs are:
- Free of additives, water injections, hormones and antibiotics.
- Hung on the bone (dry aged), further contributing to its depth of flavour.
- Raised slowly and naturally with care.
- Raised on a certified organic farm where they forage for grass and certified organic grains.
Animal welfare and environmental sustainability are at the core of what we do. Our bacon & ham is gluten free. Our bacon is cured by Uncle's Smallgoods using natural curing techniques.
Cooking
Great to add to carbonara, risotto, zucchini slice, soup, pizza.
Price per portion is based on a per kg price of $29.17
Delivery Information
Cherry Tree Organics offers a home delivery service throughout Melbourne (Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays & Saturdays) and country Victoria (generally on Wednesdays and Saturdays).
Place your order online by 9pm at least two days before you would like your delivery. (For example, if you require a Wednesday delivery, please place your order before 9pm on Monday).
Our butcher will prepare your order for you fresh the day before it’s delivered. If any products are unavailable, we’ll contact you the afternoon before delivery via email (you won't be charged for any products which aren't available).
Your meat will then be delivered to your chosen address in our Primesafe accredited refrigerated vehicle.
Delivery is free for orders over $250.
Delivery costs $25 for orders less than $250.
Orders less than $50 can be picked up from our butcher shop in Beaconsfield.
