The Art of Pie Making

Our famous organic beef and vegetable pies are always in demand.
Pie making is an art for us. 
First, Victor, a retired engineer turned pastry master makes the pastry from scratch, using four certified organic ingredients only - flour, water, butter and salt. There are no conveyer belts or mass production. 
Next, award-winning pie maker Deb, slow cooks the beef with certified organic vegetables and herbs until the meat is tender and falls apart with every bite - creating a delicious and wholesome filling.
The filling is a delicious recipe of certified organic, grass-fed beef, sweet potato, onion, carrot, bone broth, salt, pepper, cumin, thyme, mixed herbs and tomato paste. All 100% organic.
Because our pies are handmade, each pie is unique, made from real ingredients and careful work.
Only 50 pies are made at a time, very small batch.
Our pies are frozen fresh to ensure you receive them as fresh as possible with absolutely no preservatives, fillers or additives.
